Brett Boham is a writer, podcaster, and podcast producer living in Los Angeles, CA. His comedy podcasts have been recognized as among the best in the industry and his plays have been produced nationally and internationally at a variety of theaters and theater festivals, including the People’s Improv Theater (NYC), the Red Room Theatre (NYC), the Secret Theatre (NYC), the Chicago Fringe Festival, the Philly Fringe Live Arts Festival, the Ruskin Theater (Santa Monica, CA), the Morbid Anatomy Museum (Brooklyn, NY) and the Seoul Players festival (Seoul, South Korea).
“The Scary Secrets of Stasis PA,” a horror comedy podcast written and directed by Boham, was named Best Limited Series Podcast of 2016 by Splitsider. In December 2015, Boham’s twelve-part play “Volcano Town” (co-written/directed by Joe Cilio and Alex Ramsey) finished a yearlong run at the People’s Improv Theater in New York City. His short film “The Gordon Game” (directed by Jared Robbins, starring Zoe Chao and Jack Mikesell) was awarded Best Comedy Short at the 2015 Cinekink Film Festival.
Boham is a co-founder of the Forever Dog Podcast Network, an innovative and critically acclaimed comedy podcast network with studios in Los Angeles and Brooklyn that has been featured in The New York Times, Esquire, Time, Cosmopolitan, The AV Club, Buzzfeed, Vulture, and more.
